Sakura Therapy
As a mental health counsellor, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and navigate the challenges they face with compassion and understanding. I believe in the power of a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, identify patterns, and develop coping strategies. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each person. I am passionate about empowering my clients to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we work toward lasting personal growth and improved mental health.
